不 弹出下载框 原因是浏览器认识你的图片，所以就显示图片了
所以你需要发一个浏览器不能解释的头，这样浏览器才会弹出下载框
图片能被浏览器识别，所以只用超链接是不行的，需要用PHP代码来实现下载，你可以搜索‘PHP实现下载’ 关键字，就能找到很多代码。
2种方式.
1.点击链接到 . 新建的下载PHP页面. 在里面 用header 下载图片/
2.将所有需要下载的文件. 弄成 ZIP 等包. 下载...
一般采用第一种.. A标签传递一个id 过去. 然后下载页面处理 hreader 下载
