监测：问答、百科、实用、区域、人脉圈、贴吧、（其中实用和区域是无关紧要的，不过可以为了网站更全面可以添加）

三，会员方面：
咨询通，
广告通，（需求方的发布需求功能，供求方（会员）的商铺功能）
本人现在经营一个媒体公司，想开发这个新项目，请教应该何种方式开发比较好？
1、建设网站等程序外包可行吗？大概费用要多少？
2、如果招人成立项目组大概需要多少技术方面人员？
3、这个网站需要长期发展，面临后期开发需要这个问题，刚开始发展程序是外包好还是招人自己开发好？

自己招人开发好。不能后期受制于人
乍看下，什么供求啊，问答啊，会员不同的类型啊。。发布信息啊这些。90%的国产CMS都有。。。3
看你想搞到什么程度，如果只是这个网站这个程度。随便招2个技术过硬的拿个国产的改改就可以上线了。。。
花多少钱吗，招2个人，薪水一个月一平米房子。很快就能上线。。。
本人现在就在媒体公司工作，建议楼主前期外包。。。如果项目发展得较好可以招聘技术人员维护进行后期开发
这个项目可大可小，取决于你对该项目的发展规化与阶段性目标。
1.如果是仿站，千八百找个外包就能搞定。
2.如果想通过建站来融合自己的“梦想”，就需要成立一个IT团队(从项目长远发展看，外包确实靠不住)。包含平面美工、前端、后台开发、项目管理、运维与网站安全、文案、后期推广时SEO、SEM的相关人员(此类工作可外包)，这样一折腾，半年烧50-60W跟玩一样...
不好意思，忘了产品经理与测试这两个角色了....
建议你先去随便找个外包做一个能用的就行，几千就搞定了。如果网站真的做大了再自己招团队。

如果前端会美工 或者后端会运维或者SEO的话 1.5倍吧
会前端+后端 能做事的也是1.5倍
