JavaScript time sorting algorithm implements event flash countdown effect_javascript skills

Making an event page flash sale list page requires a long time of algorithmic sorting. I thought about it for a long time and tried various algorithms but couldn’t figure it out. Later I asked the next PHP classmate in the background and he wrote an algorithm and showed it to me. , when I first looked at it, I felt that it was a pure algorithm and could not be converted into the DOM effect of the page. But after reading it twice, I found that it could be done, so I changed it, implemented it, and shared it with everyone first.

The page requirements are: from 11 o'clock to 20 o'clock, there will be a flash sale every hour. If it is the current time, it will be displayed as a flash sale, and the previous products will be moved to the last row, and so on

A similar sequence of the first 11 points is 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20 (points);
The order to 12 o'clock is 12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20, 11 (point)
The order to 13 o'clock is 13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,12,11 (points)

The final order is 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 13, 12, 11 (points)
