Pear OS 9.3版本发布：更接近OS X使用体验
还记得Pear OS吗？这是一款非常接近于Mac OS X系统的GNU/Linux发行版本，但遗憾的是在2014年1月份团队发布公告称被一家至今尚未公布的大公司收购，官方已经停止已停止Pear OS与Pear Cloud下载。2015年，葡萄牙开发者Rodrigo Marques秉承Pear OS的设计理念，创建了基于Ubuntu 14.04 LTS（Trusty Tahr）的新版Pear OS，并将Live DVD ISO镜像上传至SourceForge供用户下载。
伴随着时间的推移，今天Pear OS也已经升级至最新的9.3版本，尽管该发行版本依然基于热门Ubuntu版本Trusty Tahr，但却带来了全新的Mac OS X视图。在安装Pear OS 9.3 Live CD时候能够感受到和Mac OS X非常相似的使用体验，不得不说前后更新之后的版本还是存在巨大差异的。
