PHP码农一枚,工作半年,现在只会基本的增删改查,遇到某些问题也能自己解决,但是感觉进步很慢,一直也在看经典的技术书籍,(比如《代码大全》),深入原理的例如《PHP核心技术与最佳实践》,但是问题是看书当时能懂,可是每次写代码的时候就想不到去将这些知识融入到自己的实践当中,感觉知识的利用率很低,进步很慢。

如果你的工作很枯燥,只能用简单的知识的话,你只能在业余时间创造困难来用这些知识了。自己写点难写的小软件啥的。 几点建议,希望对你有用:1、看书应该深入去看深入语言本身、开发思想、经验方面的书籍,教你如何如何这种书不用太认真,要看教你为什么的书。
2、自己尝试做一些规模不大、有挑战的项目,遇到问题先独立解决在搜索别人的解决方案。
3、阅读并分析优秀的开源项目,分析作者的设计思想。
4、要做到融会贯通只能靠不断编码、不断总结!
