请教，为什么定时执行PHP程序，其他程序无响应？谢谢！
用的系统是IIS。
在windows计划任务中添加"C:\Program Files\PHP\php.exe" -q "Timer.php"
由于业务也多，timer.php执行时间有点长，可能5分钟左右，
在这一等待过程中 新建窗口打开当前站点下的其他php页面时都陷入等待，一直到脚本的结果全部返回了，其他页面也就能正常打开了。
请问这个有没哪位有好点的解决办法？谢谢！
