我现在要实现同样的功能，可以对指定域名生成license.key授权文件．

“生成授权文件”并不是要点，要点在于“如何使用授权文件”。
一般而言，应该是你那套“PHP系统”在什么地方来读取这个授权文件，从里面提取出指定的域名，再跟实际运行时的主机域名相比较。
至于这个授权文件本身，无非是对某些授权信息（当然包括指定的域名，也许会有用户信息、授权时间限制等等）进行某种可逆的编码转换。如果你的“PHP系统”没有经过混淆加密的话，读一下源程序，这些就很容易搞清楚了。
