个人觉得wampserver。原因是我用过。感觉很强大。

其实我还真建议大家vm装个虚拟机,
fedora也好,ubuntu也好,现在的机器都没问题,就算差点,不装图形界面好了
然后yum,yum就行,网上搜搜都有,
初学的顺便熟悉熟悉linux上的工具, 将来工作更容易适应....要知道大部分公司里都是在linux/unix上跑php
