为什么我的网站很卡,系统问题还是硬件问题?
我用的是VPS服务器，内存1G ECC，双核CPU，70G硬盘，3M独享带宽，四线，WIN2003系统
因为网站还在内测中，所以同时在线人数不超10人
现在网站用一会就卡，而且卡几分钟，有时候卡住不动，需要重新打开网页登陆，我问服务器商，他们说是硬件配置太低了，卡的时候CPU占用率突然很高，需要升级服务器，而我怀疑是系统的问题，请问这种情况到底是系统问题还是硬件问题？
