Elgg SNS 翻译文件编码有关问题
Elgg SNS 翻译文件编码问题
我想用Elgg建网站，目前遇到一个问题，就是在翻译Elgg的文档时，载入后显示是乱码。
Elgg的代码文件用的是ANSI格式，我复制 Language 文件夹内的en.php文件并改为zh.php，直接修改里面的翻译，后台设置语言后，出现了乱码。如果将网页编码设置为gb2312，则翻译后的内容正常显示，但是网站标题，文章内容等出现乱码！
试过用Notepad++ 将zh.php修改为UTF-8编码，依然显示是乱码！
请问要怎么解决， 编码是个大问题啊！

如果下来的文件是A编码的,那么就在
如果希望自己在终端里看不乱码，那么就将A编码转为你的终端编码，并修改meta为对应编码。

有数据库吗？看看数据库是什么编码？看看页面原来是什么编码，将翻译的语言文件保持跟网页编码一致即可.
例如是UTF-8那么就建立文档UTF-8然后在里面粘贴翻译后的内容
