Upon entering this shrine, the first thing you'll notice is a pool of water in front of you, with a slab hanging from a rope above it and a floating ball next to it. To proceed, aim and shoot the rope to make the slab fall into the water. Then, connect the floating ball to the slab, causing it to float just beneath the surface. You can now use this setup to jump across and climb up the opposite side.

Move forward into the next area, where you'll encounter a larger expanse of water and various items that can be assembled into a makeshift raft. On the left side of this room, you'll spot a Treasure Chest suspended by a rope. Shoot the rope to let the chest fall.

After constructing your raft, navigate across the water, making sure to pass close to the Treasure Chest and use the Ultra hand to grab it as you go. Upon reaching the other side, open the chest to obtain a Magic Sceptre.

At this stage, you'll have reached the conclusion of the shrine. Head towards the glowing altar at the top of the stairs and interact with it to trigger a scene. This will grant you a Light of Blessing and mark the completion of the Shrine.
