Assassin's Creed Shadows Lost Honor Walkthrough

Lost Honor is the 35th main quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Lost Honor main mission.

• Quest Giver: Available automatically after completing the quest Inside Help
• Requirement: Available immediately after completing the quest Inside Help
• Recommended Level: 18
• Reward: 2000 EXP, 3 Mastery Points
• Quest Description: This arrogant son-in-law of Akechi Mitsuhide helped betray Oda Nobunaga and poisoned his own brother in order to take control of the Ise clan.

Return to Ise Sadatame

Ise Sadatame is located on the north end of Ogura Pond in Byodoin Temple.

He tests your readiness:

• [Let’s go.]
• [Not yet.]

You must select “Let’s go” to progress the story.

Kill the castle guards

You soon gain control of Yasuke and are immediately confronted by enemies. Take them out.

Follow the linear path into the castle, killing enemies as you go. Charge through any closed doors you come across.

When you get outside, head southwest.

Unlock the inner gate

When all of the enemies are killed, you switch to Naoe.

Head across the rope in front of you and enter the castle through the break in the wall.

Continue south. Instead of going through the gate, climb up the scaffolding.

Keep heading south, passing through the garden and up a level.

Just be careful in this area. If you get caught, chances are you will have a steady flow of enemies coming at you.

Climb up the wall to the south to see a staircase. Go up it.

This is the door you need to unlock, but you can only unlock it from the other side. Climb over the wall, assassinate the guard, and then unlock the inner gate.

Do be aware that you must be out of conflict before you can unlock the door.

Escort Ise Sadatame

You then switch over to Yasuke.

Charge through the door in front of you. Kill any enemies in your way, or Ise will not continue walking.

Go up the first set of stairs you find and open the door at the top. In order to open the door, you must be anonymous.

In the next cutscene, you choose between playing as Yasuke or as Naoe. Essentially, choose between melee combat or stealth. If you choose Naoe, you begin the event anonymous, but the layout of enemies is so inconvenient that Yasuke becomes the easier approach of the two.

After the fight, you are faced with a dialogue choice from Gennojo:

• [You might be right.] – Naoe romance
• [You are misguided.]

Choosing “you might be right” gives you an opportunity later for a romance.

This finishes Lost Honor in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
