(the "Company") (TSX: SLF) (NYSE: SLF) today announced that a dividend of $0.88 per share on the common shares of the Company has been declared, payable June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2025.

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sun Life Financial Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: SLF) (NYSE: SLF) today announced that a dividend of $0.88 per share on the common shares of the Company has been declared, payable June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2025. This represents a 4 cent increase to the amount paid in the previous quarter.
The Board also declared a second quarter 2025 dividend of $0.375 per share on Series 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Preferred Shares, payable June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2025.
The Board also declared a second quarter 2025 dividend of $0.4375 per share on Series 7 and 8 Preferred Shares, payable June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2025.
Finally, the Board declared a second quarter 2025 dividend of $0.21875 per share on Series 9 Preferred Shares, payable June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2025.
