Embarking on Peryite's Quest

Unlike other Daedric quests, Peryite doesn't require an offering. However, you must be level 10 or higher to begin this challenging quest into the Oblivion planes.

Locating Peryite's Shrine

Find Peryite's Shrine east of Bravil, near where the Silverfish River curves west toward Niben Bay. A nearby rope bridge serves as a landmark. On the map, it's located in the upper left of the 'R' in Silverfish River.

Completing Peryite's Quest and Obtaining the Spell Breaker

At the shrine, you'll find Peryite's immobile followers. Activate the shrine to begin the quest. Peryite will explain that their souls are trapped in Oblivion, and your task is to retrieve them.

After rescuing all the souls and returning, you'll find the followers restored. Interact with the shrine again; Peryite will reward you with the Spell Breaker shield.

The Spell Breaker is a heavy armor shield with a permanent 30% Spell Reflect enchantment, providing excellent defense against spellcasters and spell-wielding creatures.
