REPO Battle Guide: Efficient Killing and Survival Skills
The early stages of REPO's battle may feel very difficult, with monsters having an absolute advantage, and semi-robots will only have a glimmer of hope after obtaining handy weapons. However, the combat system is actually quite profound, and after mastering some skills, most enemies will become much easier to deal with. This guide will introduce some less direct combat skills, including important ways to effectively kill enemies in the absence of "real" weapons.
Efficient killing skills
Many players will initially think that real weapons are needed to fight effectively, but this is not entirely true. The most effective and economical way to kill is usually to use items. Hitting the enemy with a larger weight can cause damage, provided that the impact is sufficient. This may seem like a waste of resources because items can be damaged, but many items are durable enough to make your gains more than your losses. However, use of fragile items such as diamonds and glassware should be avoided.
Tests show that some enemies can hit with light items like cups, but it is generally recommended to choose "medium" or larger items, such as clown dolls or red potion bottles. This helps ensure that the item reaches enough weight to knock down most enemies and start dealing damage. The Joker Doll is a great choice because it can also press the nose three times into a bomb, but anything that can stun the enemy without depreciating quickly is usually suitable.
Most monsters will drop monster energy balls worth about $3,000 to $8,000, and more powerful monsters will drop more energy balls. Weapon use
While killing monsters with items is very feasible and often more economical, weapons are undoubtedly a more direct way to combat. Most weapons consume energy slowly during use and need to be charged after use. The exceptions are consuming weapons, such as grenades, which will be destroyed after use and cannot be recycled or repaired (although if you quickly press E while picking up an active grenade, you can remove it; just make sure you're fast enough or it will explode in your face).
Melee Weapons
Melee weapons are simple; you can buy these weapons, attacking enemies by holding them and then waving (moving the cursor). They are also the most dangerous weapons, and using them requires you to get close to the enemy. When energy is zero, they become useless, even if they still seem to be usable. The best melee weapon is still controversial, but it may not be a plate hammer. Although it causes great damage, it is also slow and clumsy.
