The Amazingly Useful Tools from Yoksel
I search for at least some of Yoksel's tools online every month. I want to list some of my favorite tools here in case you don't know them.
- Need to double-tone processing of the image? SVG filters do this. Lentie Ward wrote about it for us, and Yoksel provided a tool to create these filters by itself.
- Suppose you have an SVG and want to use it as a CSS background image? Put it in this URL encoding tool to make sure it is ready to use and safe and reliable.
- Want to know the difference between cropping and masking and how it works in SVG and CSS? We've written about this a few times, but Yoksel provides the best reference to view real-time examples and their code.
- Maybe you have an SVG path that you end up wanting to use as a CSS clip path? You may be fighting the absolute unit, but Yoksel has a tool to solve this problem.
- The SVG filter is very powerful. It is very difficult to make them by hand. Yoksel provides a GUI tool to process them and combine them.
