Just another 1 for subgrid

My grid layouts fall into two main categories:

1. Simple, equal-width columns, often defined with grid-template-columns: repeat(3, minmax(0, 1fr)); for flexibility.
2. Complex layouts where subgrid becomes essential.

subgrid offers an intuitive way for child elements to inherit grid lines from their parent, simplifying complex layouts. Rachel Andrew's excellent video (linked previously) provides a comprehensive overview. Unfortunately, browser support is currently limited to Firefox; Chrome and Safari still lack implementation.

In a recent project (around the 20-minute mark in my video), I discovered how subgrid could significantly improve even a relatively simple layout, eliminating the need for variables or arbitrary values. A collaborative video with Dave demonstrates subgrid in action.
