Find bounty goals

Just like Alfa Pokémon, you may stumble upon a bounty wanted fugitive even if you are not looking for it. Since they are marked on the map in the same way as Alfa Pokémon, you usually just have to explore and/or chat with friends and guild members to quickly find some targets that match your level. Palworld also has some bounty intelligence scattered around, including those of major NPC settlements, who will provide (usually rather weird) legends and location tips about nearby targets. Although their names may imply that there is a fee, the intelligence is free.

Generally speaking, if you find an NPC human target with a boss blood bar when you fight them, you've found a bounty target. They will have purple halos around them and they usually grow unusually tall. On the map, the target location will have a purple-surrounded icon. You can hover over the icon to see their name and rank. Like Alfa Pokémon, if you have defeated or captured the target before, the icon will be marked as completed.

Fight against your goals

Once you discover the bounty target, you need to kill or capture them to get the reward. Depending on the level gap between you and your target and your difficulty settings, these battles range from easy to almost impossible. Normally, you can only withstand a few attacks from targets of your level, and you need to be equipped with armor, a good shield and a healthy Pokémon team to maximize your chances of winning.
