The shortcomings of chatbots

Slack was the first test platform, but it soon discovered that Slack notifications were not the best way to handle proxy communications. Messages are easily overwhelmed, and the interface is not optimized for back and forth feedback.

You can think of it as a hybrid of email inbox and customer support ticketing systems.
