Unlocking the Wishing Well: The "When You Wish Upon a Fish" Quest

To unlock the Wishing Well, you must complete the "When You Wish Upon a Fish" quest. This requires:

• Level 8 friendship with Hangyodon: He's the quest-giver.
• Completion of two prerequisite quests:

Comic Relief	Reach level 6 friendship with Hangyodon

These quests are straightforward and quickly completed. Once finished, and with sufficient friendship with Hangyodon, "When You Wish Upon a Fish" begins.

Completing "When You Wish Upon a Fish"

1. Find Hangyodon: He'll be at the Wishing Well, south of the Spooky Swamp mailbox. Use the map icon if needed.

2. Talk to Badtz-maru: Hangyodon will direct you to Badtz-maru at the Seaside Resort docks. Hangyodon will accompany you.

3. Catch and Donate Fish: You'll need five fish (catch six; you'll need one extra later). Fishing spots are near Badtz-maru and in the Spooky Swamp.

4. Donate to the Well: Interact with the Wishing Well and donate the five fish to receive a piece of Fwish Furniture (e.g., the Fwish Mirror).

5. Gift a Fish to Hangyodon: Give Hangyodon one of your remaining fish to complete the quest.

Using the Wishing Well

The Wishing Well accepts any fish. Rewards depend on the fish's point value (normal fish = 1 point, rare fish = 2 points). While a reward isn't guaranteed, donating multiple fish at once may increase your chances. Obtaining Fwish furniture is rare; smaller pieces are reportedly more common.
