Does Java's standard math library offer a function to convert numbers to their word representations?

How to convert number to words in java

Background

Currently, a rudimentary mechanism is in place to convert numbers to words using static arrays and translating them based on the number's size into an English text. However, this approach runs into challenges with exceptionally large numbers.

<br>10183 = Ten thousand one hundred eighty three<br>90 = Ninety<br>5888 = Five thousand eight hundred eighty eight<br>

Question

Is there a straightforward function in any of the math libraries that can be utilized for this purpose?

Answer

Here is the code, I don't think there is any method in SE.

It essentially converts a number to a string, parses it, and associates it with its weight.

For example

<br>1000<br>

1 is treated as a thousand position, and 1 is mapped to "one" and thousand due to its position.

Here is the code from the website:

English
