This aligns with the September 9 announcement date suggested by the previous reports. Of course, the leakster hinted that the announcement might happen on "Tuesday/Wednesday," which are September 10 and September 11, respectively.

Ignus further claims that the reveal of the PlayStation 5 Pro will be followed by the 2024 State of Play event. At this, Sony is expected to showcase "first-party content" and a possible "world premiere." However, Ignus notes that the company may skip the "world premiere" at the coming State of Play event. Instead, it may be moved to the 2024 Game Awards event, which is set for December.
