Attorney Fred Rispoli took to X today, urging the American entrepreneur Elon Musk to integrate XRP into X Payments.

“Elon Musk, You have a golden opportunity right now to legally say eff you to SEC after its loss today to Ripple,” Rispoli wrote on X. He then urged Musk to add XRP to the X payments system, stating, “Run it through X legal, I bet Adam would agree with me.”

These statements follow Ripple’s recent success in the lawsuit against the SEC. Judge Analisa Torres’ recent ruling negated the proposed $2 billion penalty, instead imposing a $125 million penalty on the American blockchain payments firm. Additionally, the ruling on the motion for remedies showed no disgorgements for Ripple.

“Current sales of XRP post-Complaint do not necessarily violate federal law,” Rispoli added in a post on X. However, he also noted, “That battle is for another day (meaning a new lawsuit).”
