ORA-12170 TNS 连接超时解决方法
最近突然有段时间通过plsql连接本地oracle数据库的时候报：ORA-12170 TNS 连接超时！
最近突然有段时间通过plsql连接本地Oracle数据库的时候报：ORA-12170 TNS 连接超时！
现象是：开机的时候没有连上网络，然后可以通过plsql连接oracle，，但是通过无线网卡连接无线Unicom，然后通过360免费wifi分享网络hswf，就不能通过plsql连接oracle，同时eclipse中项目数据库配置成
真心狠奇怪，在网上搜了狠多内容，各种修改tnsnames.ora、listener.ora、hosts都没能奏效，在一个不起眼的博客看到了类似的问题，说是联网之后如果IPv4为手动输入的，通过ipconfig查看IPv4的ip，本地IPv4的ip为：192.168.*.*，所以才会出现这样的问题。
解决方案：
（1）需要将获取ip地址改为自动获取ip地址（貌似这样之后分享的网络就不管用了）
（2）修改tnsnames.ora中HOST为IPv4的ip地址，但是项目中数据库地址也要修改为实际IPv4的ip地址，
如此改过之后，果然确实可以连接oracle数据库了！
