Oracle之 分析tnsnames.sa文件失败 ServiceAliasException:11错
以前公司都习惯用Xp，后来换至win7后配置Oracle客户端连接时出了个小问题； win7家庭普通版、旗舰版上安装的oracle10g/11g 安装的时候是正常的，都没有报错 然后在配置EnterpriseManagerConsole的时候，即：添加Oracle连接至Tree；报错： 分析tnsnames.ora文

安装的时候是正常的，都没有报错
然后在配置Enterprise Manager Console 的时候，即：添加Oracle连接至Tree；报错：
分析tnsnames.ora文件失败， ServiceAliasException:11
网上很多都说是tnsnames.sa文件的问题以及计算机管理员权限的问题；
经过测试，当以管理员身份登录时还是出现这个错误；
解决方法是：
关闭UAC
具体作法是：

V
控制面板==>用户帐户和家庭安全==>用户帐户==>更改用户账户控制设置
然后将通知下滑设置为“从不通知”即可！
以上作法纯属个人所遇到的问题，当然也不排除tnsnames.ora文件自身的问题。所以具体情况具体分析~！
