【请注意本段答案都是针对静态页面而言的】这个我记得还真不行。因为通过文件名查询文件，这个依赖操作系统的实现。linux下本来区分的，可以通过mod_speling模块多查询几次修正成不区分。但windows/mac下本来已经不区分的，恐怕就没有太好的办法。
似乎唯一的办法就是使用适当的规则，把URL重写到某个固定的脚本上，这个脚本承担起URL路由的任务，费力去查询如果文件存在，那么文件全路径各个部分的大小写是否和URL一致。是再正常返回，不是则返404。
只有原则，没有细则。也许也可以用别的方式实现（例如再加一个服务器软件做反向代理），但这么绕一圈的思路应该就是这个样子了。
格式化一个新的硬盘分区，创建的时候选Mac日志格式(区分大小写)，然后项目文件都扔那个分区去
那就统一大小或者统一小写.
