执行$ php-cs-fixer fix file --level=psr2，但不遵PSR2规范的几点

- 一行代码的长度不建议有硬限制；软限制必须为120个字符，建议每行代码80个字符或者更少。
- 代码缩进也不能修复

这是为什么呢？
这样一来php-cs-fixer的可用性不就大打折扣了？
有没有一款可以按照PSR2规则来格式化PHP代码的工具呢？
比如vim的gg=G
