.htaccess
不是一种技术,而是很多技术的合集。你可以说 PHP 是一门语言,但是你“学会了PHP”和“会做网站”,是两个不同的概念。
.htaccess
(distributed configuration files)本质是针对目录改变配置。系统管理员配置完 apache 以后,apache 的配置文件 httpd.conf
是对所有网站都生效的。但是有很多时候我们需要针对我们自己的网站,或者某个目录修改配置,这时,就需要用到 .htaccess
。
我们在平时使用中(不知道题主是不是我说的这种使用者),大部分只是使用了 mod_rewrite
模块。也就是经常用到的 URL 重新,或者伪静态。
还有一些经常用到的就是自定义404错误页面、改变文件扩展名、允许/阻止特定的用户或者目录的访问、禁止目录列表等。
单说 mod_rewrite
模块吧,通过一本书你能详解到这个模块吗?不能。就单论里面的重写规则,就需要再看一本关于正则表达式的书。

更是涉及到了整个 Apache 服务器的内部,因此你还得看看 Apache 内幕。

自定义 404 错误页面,自定义禁止目录列表的 403 页面,还有 30x 的跳转页面。具体的细节还得看看 HTTP 的书。
再有,精通资源的 Etag 配置,缓存,防盗链,……
所以,知识是相通的。
我建议题主还是多读一些书。
