有时候思路不能太局限,除了后端日志,前端日志也是可以做的,再就是多关注下微博等社交网络,有用户反应可以尝试主动联系他们(哪管很久以后才修复甚至不修复 用户都会很开心)
另外,除非是非常严重的问题,像互联网应用,不可能做到完全的无bug,也不可能满足所有人,对于那种只有几个人反应的问题,无视就好了么
这里不得不说一下,360反应用户意见是最快的,腾讯百度是无视最彻底的,qq很简单的功能,比如锁定分组(稍微一不小心鼠标一抖用户就不知道被拖到哪里去了) 我提交了N次没人屌我 所以 你懂得
