在这里找到你使用的镜像，里面一般都有配置文档，我前段时间刚搭好一个阿里云ECS，折腾了我一晚上。
只需要 ECS 就够了，到 ECS 上安装一个 Web 服务器，如 Apache 。
比如如果你的 ECS 上跑的是 ubuntu 的话：
apt-get update
apt-get install apache2
然后把你的 html 文件放到 /var/www/html/ 目录下，启动 Apache :
service apache2 start
接着就是到浏览器访问你的 ECS 的 IP 地址了！
按理说，这个问题就不应该在这里问的，随便 Google 一下就知道了。
sftp也可以传上去
首先你得买公网带宽，部署方法楼上已经说了
