No one survives

If you’d like everyone to die at the hands of Frank Stone and receive the “no one survives” ending, follow the steps below.

1. Choose the option for Sam to sacrifice himself to Frank Stone at the projector.
2. After fixing the elevator, have Linda break for the elevator instead of saving Madison.
3. If you kept Chris in the present, have her push through the projector.

Making the decisions mentioned will cause all ending characters to get killed in The Casting of Frank Stone. This will lead to the campfire having no familiar faces, and instead random no-named survivors.

Sam survives

3. As Madison, when confronted by Augustine agree for her to help you.

5. If Chris is in the present, have her go through the projector.

Chris survives

Having Chris show up at the campfire at the end means you’ll need to make one important decision in Chapter 10. For Chris to show up in Chapter 14, you need to make sure she doesn’t get back into the machine and remain in the present.

1. In Chapter 10, have Chris choose the option to not go back into the machine to keep her in the present.

5. If you kept Chris in the present, have her push through the projector.

Linda and Sam survive

1. Don’t save Stan from the projector.

There’s a secret ending in The Casting of Frank Stone that involves Chris surviving and returning to the present. The decisions you need to make to get this ending occur very early in your playthrough. To get the Chris secret ending, you need to select “appreciative” and tell the woman that the price seems reasonable in Chapter 3. If you select “doubtful,” you’ll get offered a prop for your movie. Accepting the prop will result in Chris getting a mirror. You don’t want the mirror, so make sure you don’t accept it.
