用户按下元素 执行

用户 离开元素 执行

在 离开 元素 时 touchend 失效！ 再次点击 元素时 touchend 才生效！

莫非你用的是小米手机或者MIUI？记得以前MIUI对rom里的WebView内核做了修改。导致一些事件有问题
