是看到了有64位的php，不过直接双击php.exe还是会出现这个错误。
是不是在server 2008上 apache +php不好弄，我看到网上都是讲的server 2008+ IIS+ php

这个是必然的。你要下载的应该是 Win64而不是 Win32！

已经解决
用的还是官网下的５.3.x VC 9 ,Non Thread Safe msi install类型的.用zip自己配置不来
用的FastCGI模式，听说现在用FastCGI是趋势。在５.3.x 版本，ISAPI dll已经去除了。要用这个还得自己编译。
用install 类型就不需要自己再装VC ++ 2008了。

当然了你在cmd中php -v下还是有错误的，只要在IIS下能运行就行了。
