Rogue Wave 收购 Zend,争夺 PHP 网页开发市场
近日跨平台软体开发工具商Rogue Wave在官网宣布并购Zend,而Zend所开发的Zend Framework为许多PHP开发者选择使用的框架。目前全球有一半的网站由PHP运作,如使用Wordpress或是Drupal框架制作的网站都以 PHP为基础,不少开发者使用Zend Framework来加速PHP网页开发。
在Zend团队加入后,Rogue Wave除了其原有加速C、C++、C#及Java程式语言开发的产品外,PHP也将被纳入产品范畴中,而Rogue Wave执行长Brian则表示,此次的併购Zend也将Rogue Wave的事业范围扩展至PHP网页开发以及行动应用程式开发。
Zend有提供许多产品帮助使用者进行PHP开发,例如帮助使用者部署网页的PHP应用程式伺服器Zend Server或是PHP整合开发环境Zend Studio。目前Rogue Wave并没有透露併购的金额以及相关细节。
Rogue Wave是成立26年的老牌开发工具商,强项为C++应用程式开发和多绪执行的除错工具,除了美国市场以外,也专攻英、法、、德、日开发工具市场。
