在win7下配置oracle
用上述语句创建表空间、用户后，用imp命令导入数据。然后才可以在cmd环境下运行sqlplus命令。导入数据后toad不再提示can't initialize oci.error
在win7下必须用管理员权限运行sqlplus（在快捷方式上单击鼠标右键，选择以管理员权限运行），否则会提示oracle初始化错误。
